Terms and Conditions


‘VIP Members’ is a membership and loyalty scheme operated by N5 Ltd on behalf of other UK businesses (“VIP Members’ Partner Business”). The use of a ‘VIP Members’ Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, so please spend a couple of minutes to read through them.

1. Becoming a ‘VIP Members’ Member
(a) The ‘VIP Members’ System is open only to UK residents aged 18 and over, by invitation only.
(b) To become a member of the scheme, you’ll need submit a fully completed Application Form to a ‘VIP Members’ Partner Business.
(c) ‘VIP Members’, and our VIP Members’ Partner Businesses reserve the right to refuse any application, or cancel an individual membership at any time at our absolute discretion.
(d) If at any time your contact details change, it is your responsibility to advise ‘VIP Members’ at the address below.
(e) As an added benefit, by applying to become a VIP Member you will also, automatically, become a member of www.thebestof.co.uk
(f) Should you not wish to become a member of www.thebestof.co.uk then simply write to us at the address below and your membership of www.thebestof.co.uk will be withdrawn.
(g) Full terms and conditions of membership of www.thebestof.co.uk can be found on that website.

2. The ‘VIP Members’ Card
(a) Your Card can be used only in the Partner Business that issued you with the Card.
(b) Your Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
(c) Cards are not transferable.
(d) Certificates and vouchers are redeemable only when presented with your Card.

3. Earning ‘VIP Members’ Points
(a) You must present your Card at the time of purchase to qualify for any points.
(b) Points will not be given on any cashback amounts.
(c) Some elements of spend may be excluded from the System at the discretion of the individual VIP Members’ Partner Businesses, including ‘service charges’.
(d) Points can only be redeemed at the Partner Business at which they were earned.
(e) Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Vouchers & Reward Certificates (“vouchers”)
(f) You will receive Reward Certificates and vouchers once you have accumulated a certain number of points.
(g) Only original vouchers will be accepted. Damaged or defaced or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
(h) Vouchers are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any conditions stated on the voucher.
(i) Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotion.
(j) Vouchers will expire on the expiry date shown on the voucher. Expired vouchers are not valid and will not be replaced, nor will any points to which they relate be re-instated
(k) ‘VIP Members’ or our VIP Members’ Partner Business cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers.
(l) VIP Members’ Partner Business may refuse to redeem vouchers and/or authorize the issue of points if, in their reasonable opinion, it is considered that the VIP Member scheme is being misused or if you are in breach of any of the terms of this Agreement.

5. Issuer’s Rights
(a) The Card is issued by and remains the property of ‘VIP Members’.
(b) ‘VIP Members’ reserves the right to withdraw the Card at any time or refuse to replace the Card. Any points balance on withdrawn Cards will be lost.
(c) You must surrender the Card to ‘VIP Members’ upon request.
(d) If you do not use your card in any 12 month period, ‘VIP Members’ reserves the right to cancel the Card, with any points balance lost.

6. Cancelling a Card or Reporting it Lost or Stolen
(a) If your Card is lost or stolen, please email lostcard@vipmembers.co.uk, we’ll place a stop on your old Card and issue you with a new one. There will be a charge of £8.00 for a replacement card.
(b) You may cancel your Card at any time. Please return it to ‘VIP Members’, 3 Olton Bridge, 245 Warwick Road, Solihull, B92 7AH.

7. Data Protection
Personal data supplied by an applicant or a Cardholder will be held and processed by ‘VIP Members’ to operate your account; to confirm, update and enhance our customer records; for statistical analysis; and to establish any Cardholder’s identity.
(a) ‘VIP Members’ may disclose data relating to Cardholders to our agents and sub-contractors, including www.thebestof.co.uk and to any person to whom we propose to transfer any of its rights and/or duties under this Agreement.
(b) ‘VIP Members’ may use information about any applicant or Cardholder to send the applicant or Cardholder information about other goods, services and/or promotions offered by our VIP Members’ Partner Businesses, or business featured on www.thebestof.co.uk which they believe may be of interest to the applicant or Cardholder.

8. General
(a) These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, the Card or the System.
(b) ‘VIP Members’ is operated and managed by N5 Ltd, as an agent of our VIP Members’ Partner Businesses. N5 Ltd is registered in England with Company Number 4590601, with registered address at 3 Olton Bridge, 245 Warwick Road, Solihull, B92 7AH.
(c) N5 Ltd reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time without written notice to applicants, Members or Cardholders. This website will always contain the most recent and up to date version of these Terms & Conditions.
(d) If a VIP Members’ Partner Business wishes to withdraw the ‘VIP Members’ System then it may do so by writing to all applicants and cardholders and giving them 30 days notice of closure of the scheme.
